GASMO and Smoothwall

We're trying to get Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Office (GASMO - love that!) working here but it just will not work when going through the smoothwall box.

 

I've put https inspection exception rules in for the following as per Googles recommendation:

But whenever you click the Accept part to continue, you get a 400-Malformed request page eror.

 

Now, If I disable all Https inspection it works, but thats not an option as we use that to make sure that safe search is working, and that people are using only the schools GAPPS domain, but has anyone got the same scenario as us and got it working?
