Site server down, temp switch to alternate site

Got a bit of a crisis issue at the moment so would really appreciate some help.

 

There are two sites setup with server at each end but the local server has gone bye-bye thanks to a VMware issue, possibly hardware/disk failure so I need to get things running again with the remote site server that has roaming profiles, etc.. all setup.

 

In the chaos my memory has drawn a blank so I'm just looking for the necessary steps to switch the local subnet so it can access the remote server rather than the downed local one.

 

Is it as simple as switching ADSites and Services > Subnets > [local subnet] > Site to the remote Site or am I missing something?
