Xbox One owners are complaining that a new TV advert is switching their consoles on without their permission. The ad - featuring Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul - has the actor say "Xbox On" near its start. The instruction appears to trigger the machine's Kinect voice/motion sensor, activating the console Here is the advert in question:

korifugi Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Just read about this on BBC - simples, just turn off the voice commands or turn the console off by the plug. Although I have a feeling this is affecting the same people that get tricked by the user with the gamertag "XBox Signout"
