Hi All,

Wondered if someone could give me a quick answer on this?

When the user tries to paste into an email in OWA it crashes (there is a problem... Has to close...), I did fix this a while ago and I can't remember how!

I had tried loads of suggestions from Goooooogling and one just worked, but I was so relieved I didn't write it down anywhere.

I'm not sure if it was an outdated IE, a setting that made the default paste plain text or some other suggestion...

Anyone sorted this and can let me know off the top of their head quickly? My Google-fu is weak today :(

If you're using Office 365's OWA, you should really be using IE10 or later, Chrome or FF as IE9 doesn't have a built in Spell Checker that Office 365 and other websites rely on.

Every site I support, they use Office 365 and IE10 - it's a working formula, I know that much :)

As I say, resetting the browser does fix a lot of issues but occasionally Microsoft do drop a clanger and break perfectly good browsers like IE9 for no good reason.

I wouldn't mind, but some users are still using the likes of Windows Vista and that only supports IE9 at most.
