Sucessmaker Alternatives

I know a lot of schools used Successmaker, but as far as I am concerned it's poorly designed, doesn't engage students, and is a nightmare to manage.

 

I'm looking for a browser based alternative that ideally doesn't cost the Earth.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Used it here for years and have seen positive results with the pupils. Agree that it is an awful programme to look at.
