PaperCut Hard Quota

Hi all, how do I set a hard quota limit in PaperCut?

 

I know how to assign a balance, however I'm not sure if by default the limit is a soft quota and users can print over this.

Set users to 'restricted' under account details. When they run out of money they can't print.

 

You should also be able to change a whole groups at once.

That's where I'm getting lost, I go into:

 

Groups

Bulk User Actions

 

From here I'm uncertain - screen captured attached.

On the second screenshot, where it says 'change settings' there's 'Change Restriction' tick this and select restricted. This will apply it to all users unless you select a certain group at the top.
