[windows software] Windows 8.1 Pro - Full License?

Does anyone know what the cheapest method of obtaining Windows 8.1 Pro is? The school have an OVS license which includes upgrades to Windows 8.1 Pro. Would it be cheaper to buy a full copy of Windows 8.1 Pro OEM or would it be better value to buy an older version of Windows 7 Professional and use our upgrade?

What OS / coa license do you have on the PC's in question ? As this May give you more options.

 

If none The cheapest way would be to purchase a retail copy of win8.1 or win 7 premium . you cannot technically buy an oem version (which are cheaper ) retrospectively as it is supposed to be supplied by the manufacturer at point of purchase.

 

there is a volume license option called a get genuine license which is about the same cost as above.
