HAP booking system not showing booking on main page

Firstly thanks Nick for an excellent piece of software.

 

After our upgrade from v10 pre-release to V10 final, we can no longer see any bookings or booking slots on the main page. They are still visible on the overview pages. The date picker does not work and it looks like the date isn't being loaded. Our server is 2012 R2. We would appreciate your advice.

Check you've applied all the updates correctly, including the booking system plugin.

Hi Nick,

Sorry its taken a while to respond - we have had other priorities (change of broadband supplier). It turned out that ~\bookingsystem\Default.aspx was causing the problem. We're not sure why, but replacing it with a copy from .zip file cured the problem. Thanks again for HAP+ and for the support you provide through Edugeek.net.
