[sims] Cannot save Free School Meal entry

We have a specific student who needs Free School Meals adding to their records in SIMS however when we input the date range, click OK and try to save the student's record with record will not save.

 

We have tried it on another pupil and it works without any problems.

 

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and knows a resolution.

Are you able to post the error message? It will appear in the strip along the bottom left of the SIMS window, often likes to hide under the taskbar.

Ive managed to find out what was causing it.. it was a duplicate entry in the medical section which i didnt think you could do so when my users came to edit the FSMs the record wouldnt save.
