abillybob Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 Hey Guys Bit of an odd one for some reason when I log into our VLSC it won't show any products such as Windows 7, Office etc... I don't really know why and I'm a bit of a noob to all this, can someone help me out? I'm just about to re-image some machines so could really do with getting my hands on the products! Here's a screenshot Thankyou
fiza Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 Click "licences" and make sure you are showing active licences.
abillybob Posted May 19, 2014 Author Posted May 19, 2014 Click "licences" and make sure you are showing active licences. When I click Licenses and then look at relationship summary there is 1 listed 'license' and it says active! Though if I click Licenses and go to License Summary it says No Data To Display?
localzuk Posted May 19, 2014 Posted May 19, 2014 When did you activate it all? It can take a few days for it to appear on there properly.
abillybob Posted May 19, 2014 Author Posted May 19, 2014 (edited) Is your agreement active in the administration bit? I don't really know I activated it sometime around last week...? Edited May 19, 2014 by abillybob
