Zimbra Admin Console Access

I have access to the admin console, but I also want to add another account to have access. In this case the generic e-mail address ictsupport@...

 

How can I do achieve this?

If you have been migrated to Zimbra 8 then the answer is you can't. You have to call Link2ICT. They removed the ability some time after the migrations. Incidentally they also removed the bulk provisioning tool and are now trumpeting it's reintroduction over half term as a new feature.
