Open and Print tabs have disappeared from Word

Hi all,

 

My colleague has come to me with a problem that I have never seen before........ Word has decided that it doesn't want to display the 'open' or 'print' options anymore, they have totally disappeared. Has anyone else had this problem??

So your colleague can't see print and open options under the file tab? is that correct?

By the sound of it you may want to unistall office and then re-install office to as it sounds like parts of office have been messed\corrupted. I had a quick look in the Internet and found something that could help.

It's usually the normal.dot template has got corrupted, do a search for normal.dot and delete any found, should resolve the problem.
