solus 3

Hi I am having problems with solus 3. It wont respond to get version. I put the details in to the agent on a local machine but says the server actively refused it tcp 1006 error. I have spoken to capita and the had a look and said it was a port issue or firewall blocking it. I dont use windows firewall and have it switch off. When I run netstat -a on the server I cant see one of the ports 52065 I think it is but I can see the other. I was thinking that I will have to reinstall solus so it might register the port.

 

Does anybody have a copy of the solus 3 install guide or any other ideas I could try?
