IE10 issues

We seems to be having a strange problem in a few classrooms at the moment with anything above IE9.

 

When a user visits a webpage such as; Google, Go4schools and Sleuth the page seems to load below the visible screen. They get a blank page and have to scroll down the page to see the website. If they click the white/blank area they are then not able to type in the google search field or any text box once they have scrolled down. This problem happens only on a few PC's with IE10 or IE11. If I downgrade to IE9, use chrome or firefox there isn't a problem.

 

I have searched the web but can't seem to find a solution/cause. Any ideas? Thanks
