how to synch college's email to a private company email

I need your expertise here, try to synch this staff's email to his private company emails using managing rules&alert in outlook2010 but failed miserably. Do any of you know other alternative ??

Without knowing more about the two email systems, and what error you are getting, the answer is that we have no idea.

 

The next question is why are you trying to synch emails from your place of work to theirs? Is this a possible breach of data protection? Would his company be happy about it.

i work for catering company called Compass but i base at the college so i have 2 pcs, one from Compass and the other from the college. With the college's pc i can only access the college's email, nothing else. So everytime i want to send the college's emails to my company(compass) i have to save it to usb pen then log on to the compass's pc and send it from there, which is a pain.

 

This is the reason why i want to forward all the college's emails to my work's email which will save me lots of time.

no it wouldn't let me access it.

i could but i just want them to automatically forward to my work's email so that i won't need to log on to the college's pc as it's just a pain as we can't do anything with it.

Have you spoken to the onsite tech about this? If there is one.

Speak to the on-site tech as @strawberry suggested - he will be able to create a mail contact in exchange to forward mail to for you
