Script/code/magic to add events to a ical (google)

Hi guys,

 

This is the scenario;

 

I have created a calendar in google. I can subscribe and view this in my VLE. However, obviously, I cannot write back to that calendar (add events). I have to go back to google and addit manually to the calendar. Is there script out there which will enable this? Similar to my phone, I subscribe to an ical feed on my iPhone, I can add the google credentials for that calendar. When I add an event on my phone, it writes it back to the google calendar. I want to replicate that.
