[sims] Adding extra items to Additional Student information

Is it possible - and if so how - to add additional fields to Additional Student Information so they can be appear as extra options that can be added to SIMS Assessment marksheets

 

For example I need to build a marksheet with % Attendance & Number of Detentions since start of school year. % attendance is already available but # of Detentions is not. We are using Behaviour Management module so the data is recorded in SIMS - albeit not in Assessment Manager.

 

I would prefer if possible to link to the data entered in Behaviour management than to create a new aspect for # DTs & exports the data (using report\ from Behaviour Management before importing into marksheet

 

Will User Defined fields help and can I link to Behaviour Management data table ?

You can't add to it , but they are increasing the available information with each upgrade. The latest spring release added a few more fields, but i'm not sure if they were the ones you need.

So, the alternative is to do as you said and add an aspect, that you fill.
