SHimmer45 Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 (edited) Recently we have changed from being supported by our LEA for SIMS to direct with Capita, our LEA provided technical documentation for patches and releases etc and it was quite easy to find. i find supportNET quite horrid for finding any recent documentation (stickied items from 2005 really..) do capita have a section for patch and release installs etc. thanks Edited April 22, 2014 by SHimmer45
creese Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 Welcome to SupportNet. It's horrible. Difficult to find anything you want, and I have been using it for many years. Good news is that they have developed a new site which will be up and running in a couple of months or so.
SHimmer45 Posted April 22, 2014 Author Posted April 22, 2014 At least they are working on a better way of presenting and accessing their material..

SHimmer45 Posted May 15, 2014 Author Posted May 15, 2014 it wasnt something which i had alot to do with, i believe it was for cost savings, also there are certain things which capita allow which the LEA dont/wont support. however the capita support i have recieved so far has been very prompt which is nice
