Now I may be misunderstanding the "Most Popular" column on the BBC News site, but I thought it referred to the days most popular articles.

Today's most popular articles in the read section are about current affairs and recent news, one that caught my eye was:

6: Lloyd Webber predicts 'bloodbath'

This article is not itself strange but when you click the link to the article it is dated 2011 and has had no new comments since 2011 (in fact it is closed for comments).

Is the BBC website going screwy or is it just me??

Use to see it happens when scam emails reference them and to the uneducated they see it as current and not from 3 years ago. Guess it also happens with Facebook chain posts also.
