Thin client OS with wireless drivers

does anyone know of any free OS's that are good when using 2X?

 

really require something with wireless drivers and easily locked down so the end users can't alter anything.

 

already got something working on Ubuntu 13.10 but we have found it impossible to lockdown. does anyone know a work around?

do you have an EES agreement? (I'm guessing not) but if you did you could have used Windows Fundamentals.
