nicholab Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Has anyone had this happen when a new fttc connection will not authenticate? The bt test logon will not work either I got a fault logged with the ISP but BTO booking system did not work so I had two failed slots? My feeling is something more logical so not sure why I need the fibre engine to visit.
cpjitservices Posted April 8, 2014 Posted April 8, 2014 Have you Called BT Direct ? If it wont authenticate is the link actually up and useable ? - THis is why an engineer might visit to make sure the link is actually working.
nicholab Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 Well the link is syncing and it past all remote tests how do I call bt direct?
