Court Moor School is one of two 11-16 secondary schools serving the town of Fleet and the surrounding villages, with 1,100 students on roll. The school is located in a pleasant situation in a residential area, with its own playing fields bordering on the Basingstoke Canal.

 

Applications are invited for the post of IT Technician in the IT Services Department to commence as soon as possible. The main accountabilities will be to provide efficient and effective support to the IT Network Manager and the IT systems used by students and staff. The role will involve some physical work.

Ideally, applicants should possess experience of similar work from a school environment, although training will be given where necessary. Candidates should be well organised and meticulous in the accuracy of their work.

 

The IT Technician vacancy is a full-time permanent position, 37 hours per week, although candidates wishing to work part time (term time only) will be considered. It is graded D on Hampshire County Council’s Support Staff pay scale, ranging between £19,038 to £21,426 , dependent upon experience, pro rata for part time.
