I've seen something like that before... I can't remember what it's called, but if I'm thinking of the same thing, it's a D&T thing.

Yeah I can think of at least 3 different ways in which I could achieve this using only the items in my handbag. Not very hard to DIY.

If only I had a handbag.....

I had forgotten all about this, life took over. :)

Are you Macgyver now?

No, she's a woman, prepared for anything! :o

It's a standing joke in the family that my mother-in-law must buy her handbags from the same place as Mary Poppins. To date, she has managed to produce from her handbag, on my random request, a torch, a screwdriver and screws. She's a very handy woman to have around!

Yeah my favourite handbag is nicknamed 'The Tardis bag' in our house as I have everything bar the kitchen sink in there - charging cables, screwdrivers, sewing kits, random stationary, spoons (a lot of spoons somehow), the occasional fork, assorted small gadgets etc.

LeBoyfriend claims things bite him when he puts his hand in - I tell him not to antagonise Frederick. He bought me a 'Cambridge Satchel Company' Satchel in an effort to make me streamline what I carry - he's only been partially successful. I'll use the satchel until I get annoyed with not having stuff then I'll go back to the Tardis bag until it gets too heavy and hurts my shoulder whereupon I'll switch back to the Satchel. LOL

Edited to add: I'm currently at the 'about to switch back to the Tardis' phase.

The two problems I see with this are 1. screen rotation every time you turn the wheel, and 2. it's too close for most people to resist the urge to text/email/AngryBird, unlike a windscreen or dash-mounted cradle where you have to reach for it.
