Delegate Password Reset - MMC issue

Morning All,

 

Currently trying to setup the AD Delegation so teachers can reset passwords and have run into a problem. I have setup the delegation up on AD and all appears OK there.

 

When the staff go to run the MMC which I have added the AD view of the students OU it tries to run the console and requests a password to run.

 

Any ideas?

Dont waste time with a custom MMC use this password reset tool from burconix it allows all teachers / staff to reset student passwords in a specific group. Its easy to setup just follow the guide.
