My biggest problem with it is “The post holder may have limited contact with children whose behaviour or circumstances place an emotional demand on them.”

 

Being in a special school I often work one to one with children. In facts its on my timetable. As they are behaviour children can I argue they place an emotional demand on me so I shouldn’t be classed as a level 1?
