1st line support ICT engineer

We are looking for a enthusiastic, socially skilled ICT professional to provide 1st line support to our customers and work on number of public sector ICT projects.

 

The successful candidate needs to be able to demonstrate the following:

 

• Relevant experience of 1st or 2nd line support
  
• Working with others in a team environment
  
• Good technical knowledge of Windows and Apple systems
  
• Commitment to providing a high quality customer-focused service
  
• Methodical approach to problem solving
  
• Clear communication skills with a friendly and patient telephone manner
  
• Ability to express oneself in writing, clearly and concisely
  
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks so that deadlines are met
  
• Ability to work as a team member
  
• Flexibility and adaptability
