magazine locked by host system

I'm trying to change the tapes in our Backup server but when I try to unlock to the system I get "magazine locked by host system" error. I've had this before when using backup exec and I could right click on the drive and select unlock to allow me to remove the tapes. We've recently moved over to Veeam to perform our tape backup and left Symantic backup exec installed(but disabled) but now I have now removed Symantic and am getting this error. Does Veeam have something similar to unlock the device?

 

A quick search keeps taking me to Symantic resolutions and I need to change these tapes today.

The problem only occurred after I rebooted the system when I removed Symantec but that is my next option. I'm currently waiting for Veeam to come back to me as I raised a job with them on Friday.
