Equipment contract in another school

I'm planning to put a NAS in a school down the road from us and they plan to put one in our site as an option for offsite back. I just wondered if anyone else has done this and what contract you put in place as we don't plan any funds to be exchanged for power or rental of space as they would cancel each other out or would it be best to have each school exchange say 1p for audit trail ?

Ensure you have something about reciprocal routine (swap a disk) and emergency (your/their school burned down) access. Including holidays, weekends, etc.

 

Something about whether data is or isn't encrypted and your/their expectations about security* of your/their kit too.

 

*for avoidance of "we moved it into the staffroom and Bob spilled tea in it" situations.

Thanks for the pointers. Good point about Access for holidays or if needed at weekends. Had considered there needs to be agreement on data security and it should all be encrypted.
