Sonicwall CFS Content filtering issue

Hi all;

 

Our Firewall is looked after by our ISP so can't access the admin side unfortunately, have reported it but wondering if someone has come across the same issue

 

Recently, random PCs in our network has had the Sonicwall CFS come up in the middle of browsing, our when they boot up their Pc. The PCs are all on AD and users range from Domain Admins/Teachers/Students

 

The Login portal looks like this (normally appears if you access the internet with a PC in a workgroup:

 

 

Now I had this issue before where I had to reserve a block of IPs and MAC address for a ICT suite and got my ISP to upload this onto the Sonicwall (an E5500)

that resolved this last year. This time the portal appears during the day rather than not working full stop when they log in. Anybody come across this?

 

PS We use Sonicwall Directory connector 3.6.11

I know this is an old thread, but my guess would be that your ISP has set timeouts on the logins for inactivity??
