User cannot access mapped drive only on one PC

Hello,

 

We have an unusual problem here that i'm struggling to figure out. When a user logs onto one particular PC on our network they are unable to access their home folder however they can access the mapped public drive. I have tried a gpupdate / force but that hasn't worked. Everything else seems to be applied GPO wise (printers are mapped, C: drive is prohibited etc...) but they are denied access to their personal network home share. It says it is in a location that may be unavailable... any ideas?

if its not needed turn it off if it is needed On a Windows Vista-based or Windows 7-based client computer, you can still access offline files even though the file server is removed from the network
