Today our students using Photostory 3 have found that when trying to open a saved project they are getting a message up saying Access Denied. Staff are not suffering he same problem. I've checked the permissions and the student has full access - the only thing I can think it might be is something to do with the MS updates that went out to the W7 64 bit machines today?

Did you get an answer on this?

We have a similar problem. Admins and staff can access the program no problem. A student logon produces a message saying the installation is corrupt.... re-install from original source blah blah. It used to work for all users, but I don't know when it stopped working. This issue is replicated throughout the school network. I have tried clean install of OS and program with the same results.

I feel it is a folder permission, but I can't nail it down. The students are on mandatory profiles and user GPOs so it could be in here. All PCs are Win7x64, and I get the same result no matter how the software is deployed (.msi via AD, .msi via zenworks, or manually from file).

Has anyone got any ideas?
