cdunn93 Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 I have just updated a PC in our school to windows 7 from XP and corrected a few minor issues however I have lost programs such as 2 simple software. I have looked on the server via RM management console which confirms that the PC had in fact lost the software during the install. Does anyone know how I can possibly get this back onto the PC or do I have to do it via the Server again?
hardtailstar Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 Install the software via the server again im guessing.
tmcd35 Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 32bit or 64bit for each OS? Are you sure the programs have been uninstalled? Could be work manually checking "C:\Program Files (x86)\" if you're running 64bit Windows 7.
cdunn93 Posted March 11, 2014 Author Posted March 11, 2014 32 bit OS on the PC's, have just tried to install again via the server and am just waiting for the install to finish to see if it has worked
southhamster Posted March 11, 2014 Posted March 11, 2014 Some of the older versions of 2simple aren't compatible with win 7 - could this be the problem? You can get newer ones from their support people. Are you on cc3 or cc4?
