RM SmartCache 2 Active Directory Error

Hello,

 

Currently running RM SmartCache 2, everything seems to be working fine apart from blocking website for certain year groups.

After looking through the settings, found that the Active Directory that RM SmartCache is looking at, is the correct one, but is not fully downloading and being able to view some of the students in a certain year group.

 

Have tried many times to force sync and display but with no luck, but with the Organisational Unit such as Staff, that is displaying properly, just on some year groups it cannot find any users in that group even though they do exist there in AD.

 

Any help would be appreicated.
