Fronter Multiple File Uploads on OSX Mavericks - Solved

To All,

 

There has been a really annoying issue where as the multiple file upload in fronter has been refusing to work on Mac running OS X Mavericks for ages. When I contacted Pearson Support they said they could not help as the multiple file uploads was a 3rd party program (annoying right) but I have found a solution to actually make it work

 

1) Launch Safari

2) Open Preferences

3) Click on the Security Tab

4) Click on the "Manage website settings..." button

5) Select "Java"

6) For fronter.com, use the dropdown list to select "Always allow" (this will prevent getting prompted every time)

7) Use the same dropdown list to select "Run in unsafe mode"

8) Click "Trust" on the following prompt.

9) Click Done
