Hi Nick,

I have moved my HAP install to another server and all is working well however whenever anyone accesses the Helpdesk they get "String was not recognised as a valid DateTime". The helpdesk still functions but the error throws staff off.

Can you help? Cheers.

fairm010, Whilst nick will probably have an idea what's causing this, if you want, email me a copy of your tickets.xml and i'll try and look and see if I can tell what's causing this.
