We have a few servers running Server 2008 R2 which we are using as Terminal Servers (Remote Desktop Services) for our SunRay setup. A few students have recently decided that it would be fun to hold down the enter key on a shortcut to constantly open the same program up over and over again. This of course eventually slows the entire server to a halt as I have to wait for the thousands of processes to stop spawning before the request to log that user off and reset that session takes effect.

Is it possible to limit the total number of processes that can be created per user or created overall to stop this happening?
