xxcopy and mdb files

OK so we've got some large mdb files as part of a program we use..

 

I'm attempting to copy them using xxcopy and they won't copy. "Copy failed"

 

But I can copy them by copy and paste or drag and drop in windows..

 

Anyone got a runas trick or something to help me?
