abillybob Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 Hello We had a load of VPP redeemable codes for the iPads in the school which have been used on Apple Configurator, we then got these converted into MDM Licenses which didn't work for us so got all of them refunded. We have now just bought all the apps again and got loads of brand new codes to put into Apple configurator, problem is I can't find a way to delete the old codes Apple configurator has saved. I have even tried deleting Apple Configurator and downloading it again but it won't work not even under a new AppleID login. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please?? Alex
SovietRussia Posted March 3, 2014 Posted March 3, 2014 (edited) I didnt think you had to delete them, just re import the new ones and pick those on the Apps screen when supervising Edited March 3, 2014 by SovietRussia
abillybob Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 If I don't delete the old codes from the app it's say I have 200 codes available rather than 100 and will mess everything up again?
abillybob Posted March 3, 2014 Author Posted March 3, 2014 Called Apple and found out how to delete all previous settings to revert Apple configurator to start a fresh go to: /Library, click "Containers" and delete com.apple.configurator folder this will revert your settings back to start again. Hope this helps some people
