We have recently purchased 3 LED touch screens from VII Networks - Audio Visual

They are great, use the standard windows drivers, use VGA or HDMI and comes with a good piece of software.

The stands are good and the screen themselves are very touch (punched it really hard and nothing happened) they all come with 3 year warrantees. The only thing I added was some velcro to the pen and remote that came with it to stick it to the side of the board.

If you contact them, they will come out and give you a demo.

We have had 7 Genee Touch screens now for going on 10 months and they are great, the teachers love them. Being the tech guy I’m usually the first point of call if anything goes wrong and apart from providing some support plugging various laptops in to the touch screens they been very reliable and I have not experienced any problems.

I myself have found the Genee Touch to be a very strong screen with a very high quality resolution, making them ideal for our younger learners who often use Lego bricks and various other items on the screen. The screen itself is either a sharp or Samsung panel so I know the components will be of excellent quality. I would recommend to any school in the market to have a look.

I have recently brought a Genee motorised flip trip trolley which allows us to easily share the screen between rooms. The 90 degree electrical tilt also allow us to covert the screen to a table top which is great when you want a number of your students to using the screen at the time
