Hot Aisle Containment

Im looking into options for our new server room, and thinking rather than the original racks to get the hot aisle containment that Data Centers are using these days.

 

The think I cannot understand though, is the consequences of losing power, where the ACs go out but the Servers keep running. Surely the hot Aisle will just heat up exponentially and cause the servers to shut down a lot quicker than in a normal rack / room?

 

Are there any Schools using the Hot Ailse containment in their server rooms?
