difference between the games...

imperial edition comes with everything the standard one does + use of imperial character (who can change alliances in the game), the horse which is 100g instead of 17'000, crafting imperial gear, turning other gear into imperial gear, rings of mara (essentially a wedding licence in the game) which gives a boost to your character and the one it married when they're both in game, and a vanity pet. Plus the imperial edition gets extras further down the line.

Sounds pretty Pay2Win if you ask me..

imperial has no advantages over any other, with the exception of being able to be in any alliance...

rings of mara can be used with a person who doesn't have the imperial edition

the imperial gear has the same stats as the other race gear for light/medium/heavy armour, just a different style essentially

and the horse is really the main bonus, because otherwise you will be playing for around 30-40 hours before you have enough gold (unless you pull off an epic trade)

Well I'm glad it's mostly cosmetic bonuses.

Kind of annoying that only the imperial edition can propose (since it still confers an advantage). Since it's only a small bonus and can be shared with a non-imperial it's not quite Pay2Win but certainly 'Money for an advantage' which I personally believe should never be implemented. Pay for shortcut, perhaps. I'm on the fence about that one. A definite cash advantage (i.e. something a non-paying player categorically cannot get no matter what they do) I don't like.

I r no noob. Free monies plz.

I wouldn't suggest the guild be EduGeek-only, as we'd only end up with ~30 members (friends-of-members but not friends-of-friends). Just started (and maybe admin'd only by ;)) EduGeekers.

xD nooooooooob lol

Yeah it's what i was thinking. I'd say 100 members for a guild is fine (total). Wouldn't want to be in a guild that has thousands (gw2... stupid amount of players in guilds). 100 sounds fair, about 20 (tops) from edugeek, and then the rest we'd farm out from the world.

Age range from 18+? Guild emblem? Raid days and time? Pvp days and time? Group leveling throughout? or soloing? (would prefer group, but i see that failing). Guild faction? Guild website?

So much to think about lol

Isn't ESO 18+ anyways?

Guild emblem?

Such doge. Always doge.

Raid days and time? Pvp days and time? Group leveling throughout? or soloing? (would prefer group, but i see that failing).

I suspect for a while this will be on a whenever available basis until we see routines forming.

Guild faction?

Yes.

Guild website?

Probably a good idea.

Guild website can be set up with ease, in fact I can do that tonight if we agree on a name.

Guild logo - dont know how it will work yet, in game is tricky, no clues on closed beta forums for them.

Guild faction - needs to be a group decision, as each faction offers something different. To get around this I suggest 1 char of each faction.

Already got a site for my gw2 site, can convert to ESO. (but if your willing to maintain, DO EEEEET neph).

Name - OneWingedAngels (my main guild name, Noodles&TheSoup, KnightsOfTheRoundTable, Avalanche (sub guild names i've had).

Logo - Bow with a knife through the middle (as an arrow) and 2 swords crossing over them both with a shield in the background.

Faction, EBONHEART! NAOOOO!

P.s Isn't gta 5 18+? You still find 6 year olds saying, 'KILL HIM, OMG MAN WHY DID YOU KILL ME, I'M GOING TO KILL YOU! EVERYONE KILL SUNNYKNIGHT'. .......

I'm not too great with Guild names.

Brotherhood of Sovengarde (if we like to hit things with swords)?

Council of Winterhold (if we have an affiliation with fireballs)?

Hate the idea of OneWingedAngels though. Way too over-used.

I was in a 60+ strong Aion Legion called Dirty Girls. Only about 3 members were female.

Ran my own legion for a while called Primal Instinct.

Emotions are always good names for things, people don't often use them. Indignation is a favourite of mine.

News update on the guilds....cross faction guilds can exist, the perks the single faction guilds offer now only for PvP

Not too bad. I wonder how many guilds will enforce single faction to get that bonus?

Brotherhood of Cyrodiil....that way it is faction neutral.

Sisterhood of Cyrodiil :D Because then we can't be blamed for being sexist, and also I like alliteration.

OwA was mainly used on WoW and GW2....

Hater! HATER!

How about, loonytoons? Masked Chocolateers? The Demise of the slipper?

If we're going for something silly instead of serious, I think we should have a nerdy/geeky reference in there somewhere..

Pie Flingers/Yellow Bellies (Back to the Future.. Or even Yellow Bellied Pie Flingers)

Fatty Fatty No Parents (Portal)

Glory to Arstotzka (Papers, Please)

Nobody Suspects a Thing/Blrrbbrbbrb (Octodad: Dadliest Catch)
