Adding X-ray goggles button to everyone's bookmarks bar

Hello all

 

We want to add the "Activate X-Ray Goggles" button to all bookmarks bars via the server - I'm not sure this is possible as it's not a link to a url, but I thought I'd ask just in case. If anyone knows if this is possible, I'd be very grateful!
