managing windows store paid apps

have been investigating windows 8 what would be the best way to manage paid windows store apps using one master account for the whole school.

 

and what has been the approach of those who has successfully implanted windows 8 devices ie tablets,pc,phones

Its not designed to be centrally managed, its designed for individual users.

 

My advice is forget about it until you have 1 device per user. That's the way its all going.

You can actually manage and deploy windows 8 apps centrally per device/user.

 

Microsoft recommended if you need to buy in large volume to go to the software manufacturer at this time. Buy in volume the licenses you need from them and they will give you the app file. Load the app file up into SCCM and deploy as a windows 8 app to your windows 8 devices.
