TPM Owner Password

Morning All,

 

We have a bit locker encrypted laptop that the user has entered in the pin too many times. We can unlock it using the Recovery Password but the next time it restarts we need to put in the recovery password again. I think I'm required to reset the TPM lockout but I need the TPM Owner Password to do this. Any idea where I can find this as we encrypt the laptops as part of a SCCM Task Sequence. The recovery key is stored in AD automatically but no Owner Password.

You will need to suspend bitlocker in the control panel and enable it again that should work.
