I'll jump on now and drop a linking book. Edit: There's a lectern with a return book there now Searched around that age for a while. Only useful things there is the End Stone. I did install the pack but had an issue, one of the optional mods, fired up a forum post to download it but it appears they have a newer version out and it wouldn't accept it. Will see if its a problem later.

Mods that make it hard to find old versons Well I didn't source the file and got on fine as you know, so maybe its not an issue. Thanks for the help last night, got myself the basics now so should be good to go, TE power stuff got a lot more expensive this time around. The wiki still mentioned the cheaper conduit but has it been removed from this modpack?
