Script to change resolution

Morning all,

 

Just wondering if anybody can help with a script that changes the screen resolution to 1024x768 with a refresh rate of 60Hz?

 

As part of the CiDA exam for our pupils, they are required to work within a set resolution (1024x768). However, some are having difficulty changing the resolution manually via Catalyst Control Center so we are wanting to create a script to place on the user's desktop so that they can run it and set it to 1024x768.

 

Will user permissions be a restriction or can it be set so any user can run it?

 

Hopefully this is a simple script, however this isn't my area of expertise.

I use QRES, and have wrapped this in a vbs script...
