northeast_technician Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 Hello, We have just purchased reflector for school and i want to roll it out over msi which isn't a problem as it downloads in the form of an msi anyways. What I want to know is can I edit the msi to include the product serial number, more so than nothing just to save time going back to the machine to install the serial which for 10 machines kind of defeats the object of deploying via gpo in the first place. As always any advice or tips and tricks would be more than welcome.
sted Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 you roll the msi out naked (as is) and use gpp or regedit to do the code as its done on a per user rather than per pc basis (sigh) 1
