Equinox Projector Repairs

We have had a bad run of luck with having two Hitachi ED-A101 projectors returned from repair (the known issue with the lens motor failing) - both returned with a new motor, but will not stop opening and shutting when powered on. It took two weeks turnaround IIRC for our 1st device and the 2nd device still hasn't been picked up again even though I booked it well over a week ago! (so well over 3 weeks without a projector in the classroom!)

 

 

Boiling mad - Can anyone recommend a different repair company GRRRRRR!

Cheers Galway, they only charge around £160 for these type of faults so it still is cost effective. Ideally I want to move away from projectors to touchscreens but for me to justify the cost per classroom I would need the IWB to fail...
