Gettin Office 365 ProPlus Student to show on licence page

How do I get this to show on our 365 licence page?

 

 

We have ordered the licences through our Ees agreement and they are showing against our licence summery but I cant see them in the office 365 portal to assign them

 

am I just being too impacient or have I missed something

You need to add the licences to your tenant by using the product key you have in VLSC (assuming you have OVS-ES).
