How do I move my domain to a hosted account?

I might be saying the wrong thing, but I would like to move my Lab domain to a hosted account that I own.

My local lab domain is lab.local

My public domain is xyz.com (public facing domain)

 

The other thing I need help in configuring is changing my remote settings. I want to change my RDP servers to point to Remote.xyz.com

 

Can someone point me in the right direction?
